Fox’s Fix It provides mobile boat and RV mechanical services on an on-site basis within designated service areas and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion. All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute mechanical advice or guarantees. Estimates are provided in good faith based on available information and are not guarantees of final cost; additional issues may be discovered during diagnostics, and no additional work will be performed without customer authorization. Labor, service call fees, parts, and applicable taxes are billed as disclosed, with payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of mechanical and electrical systems, results, performance, and repair longevity cannot be guaranteed beyond the specific work completed, and Fox’s Fix It is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, manufacturer failures, or conditions beyond our control, including weather, access limitations, unsafe environments, or third-party interference. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, safe access, and appropriate working conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of services rendered, and Fox’s Fix It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or downtime. Customer Responsibility & Service Expectations
By requesting service from Fox’s Fix It, customers agree to provide accurate information regarding their boat or RV, ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location, and maintain a safe working environment during service. Personal belongings should be secured, and pets or bystanders kept clear of the work area. Fox’s Fix It reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if information provided is inaccurate.
